only line currently sold online. We also carry Multiclean and

contact us. There are many types of floor finishes in
today's market. here is a breakdown of types of floor finish.

Water based
urethane - These types of floor finish contain water that
dries. The evaporation process dries the floor.

Oil modified
urethane - Oil modified urethane floor finish is the most
common on today's market. These finishes are easy to apply,
and dry overnight. Over time these floor finishes will
yellow and need to be stripped off and reapplied.

Floor wax - You
really don't see a lot of floor waxes applied to floors
today. Urethane floor finishes lasts longer and protects
the floor better.

Stain wax -
Stain wax is used on wood floors. Stain wax can change the
color of wood floors. Stain wax penetrates the pores of the
wood and forms a protective barrier.
Wood floor finish
is usually applied with a lambs wool applicator block or
finish mop systems. Sand screens can be used to prepare the
floor by removing old finish and even out any scratches. Hard
surface floor finish is applied using a finish mop or
applicator system. When finish yellows it is recommended that
you strip the floor using a floor stripper. Different types
of floor finish will produced a varied effect in protection
and the amount of gloss it produces.
