As in all cleaning procedures, the first step is to gather the recommended cleaning equipment together and bring to the area to be cleaned.

Automatic Scrubber:
Prepare area – set up “caution” signs, mats, remove gum, etc. Dust mop floor area using a clean treated dust mop.

Prepare automatic scrubber and add neutral detergent cleaner. Install red pad. Check pad pressure.
Scrub the floor and pick up dirty solution using light pressure and a single pass. Mop up turn areas, puddles and tracks using all-purpose, low foaming detergent/cleaner solution. Allow to dry.

Wash cleaning equipment and area, then burnish or recoat.

Be sure to inspect your work and correct any steps you might have missed.

Allow time to clean up and return the cleaning supplies to the storage area. Don’t forget to clean spray buff pads immediately. Finally, when you are finished, wash hands and dry thoroughly.

Floor Machine with Tank and Shower Feed Brush:
Prepare area – set up “caution” signs, mats, remove gum, etc. Dust mop floor area using a clean treated dust mop.

In solution tank, prepare all-purpose low-foaming neutral detergent/cleaner solution. Attach shower feed brush to floor machine.

Scrub floor area lengthwise along baseboards, and side to side over balance of area. Add solution as needed. Use wet vacuum to pick up dirty solution. Do not allow to dry while scrubbing. Mop up puddles, tracks, etc. Allow to dry.

Wash cleaning equipment and area, then burnish or recoat.

Be sure to inspect your work and correct any steps you might have missed.

Allow time to clean up and return the cleaning equipment to the storage area. Don’t forget to clean spray buff pads immediately. Finally, when you are finished, wash hands and dry thoroughly.
