The Charger 2025 DB /
AB produces the high-gloss shine associated with propane buffers,
but without the high maintenance requirements, noise, emissions,
and safety concerns. This battery powered burnisher features 2500
RPM pad rotation to generate a superior ‘wet-look’ shine.
The 36V. battery system provides up to 3-1/2 hours of runtime per
charge. 0-30 lbs. of pad pressure, comparable to a 20-in.
propane burnisher, produces a brilliant, high-gloss shine.
Quiet operation (only 74 dbA) means minimal disruption to
customers and co-workers. The Charger 2025 is available with
either variable speed wheel/drive (DB) or pad- assist (AB)
propulsion . • The .25 HP motor on the DB model powers a 2-wheel
drive differential, with variable speed in both forward and
reverse, so the operator can select the machine’s drive speed to
the operator’s comfortable working pace. • On the pad-assist model
the flexible, built-in pad driver is angled to the floor to help
propel the unit. The Vac-Trac™ Dust Control System collects
the pad dust created by burnishing.
The pad-adjustment knob allows the
operator to fine-tune pad pressure. The .25 HP motor powers the
Charger 2025 DB chain drive differential, propelling the variable
speed machine forward and reverse for effortless burnishing. The
Vac-TracTM Dust Control System collects pad dust and deposits it in a
115.5 in.3 filter bag at the front of the machine. The durable
rotocast polyethylene body resists dents, cracks and corrosion. The
battery cover lid slides forward on a steel rail for quick access to
batteries and dust control paper filter bag. The low sidewalls on the
Charger 2025 allow easy installation and removal of batteries. The
Flexiwall shield surrounds the pad, preventing cords and debris from
entering the pad rotation area. Because of its large sealed
ball-bearing wheels and rear caster, the Charger 2025 is extremely
maneuverable. The PRO eye battery fluid level indicator, standard on
NSS batteries, allows the operator to see at a glance when water must
be added to the battery. Using the tilt lever, the machine can tip
from the operating to the transport to the pad change position.

The compact Charger 2025 DB and 2025 AB are ideal for smaller areas
needing a high gloss shine. Features: 20" buffing path; 2500 RPM pad

angled pad driver; Flexiwall Shield sealed with a nylon bristle brush;
