They are also ideal for larger facilities with confined areas, such as grocery store checkout aisles, school cafeterias, lobbies, and hospital rooms.  The 1708/2008 feature a 32-inch breakaway squeegee assembly. This safety feature prevents damage to the squeegee when it inadvertently catches on any fixed object. Reconnecting is as simple as hand tightening two control knobs.  All Wrangler models feature rotocast polyethylene tank construction with a ten year warranty.  The 1708 provides a 17-inch scrubbing path while the 2008 has a 20-inch path. Both feature an oversized 10-gallon recovery tank and an 8-gallon solution tank.  These Wranglers are available in either battery-powered or cord-electric models. By depressing a foot latch at the front of the machine, the operator can easily lift the body. The ergonomic handles provide increased control of the machine’s operation while reducing operator fatigue. The squeegee, which picks up in forward and reverse, swings wide on turns to recover all solution. Rotocast polyethylene body is dent resistant and durable for long life, supported by a 10 year warranty on the polyethylene parts. 10-gallon recovery tank and 8-gallon solution tank for extended run time and increased productivity in tight areas. Two 8-in. rear wheels and swivel front casters make the Wrangler 1708/2008 extremely maneuverable. Two 12V, 105 AH PRO eye batteries power the vacuum and brush motors on the battery version of these Wranglers. The PRO eye battery fluid indicator lets the operator easily monitor when a battery needs water. Clear-view top port cover permits operator to easily monitor solution recovery.
