Hard Floor Care – Sealing and Maintaining Concrete Before applying any seal to concrete, it is extremely important that the floor be clean, etched if needed, and dry. The waterborne epoxy sealer and finish offer a tough, long-lasting seal that is resistant to chemical damage and will last much longer than you would expect.
